1, Mango leave

Boil 15 fresh Mango leaves in 1 glass of water. Leave overnight. Filter this water and drink first thing in the morning.

2, Neem leave
Firstly, crush the fresh neem leaves properly.Next,  strain them to extract the juice.Then,  consume this neem juice (about 1 tablespoon) in the morning with your empty stomach.You may continue consuming the neem juice in every morning.

3, Basil leave ( tulsi)

Take 2 tablespoons of juice extracted from basil leaves and drink on an empty stomach in the morning

4, Indian  Gooseberry ( amla)

Cut 2-3 indian gooseberry (Amla) into half . Remove the seeds . Grind  the amla into a paste . Transfer the paste into a cheesecloth. Squeeze​ out  the juice . Mix 2 table spoon of juice in one cup of water. And drink it daily

5,Bitter Gourd

Remove the seeds of 2-3 bitter gourd . Use a juicer to extract the juice & add some water. Drink it daily in the morning at least 2 months

6, Yoga

Natural Ways to Remove Sun Tan

1, Butter milk & Oatmeal

In 3 tablespoons of buttermilk add 2 tablespoons of oatmeal.Using circular movements, massage it onto the tanned areas.

2, Potato

Peel the skin off to medium-sized potatoes, cut them and put them in a blender to make a paste.Apply the paste generously all over the affected skin area. Let it dry for about 30 minutes and then wash it off with cold water.

3, Lemon Juice
 

You can simply apply some fresh lemon juice on the affected skin area and allow it to dry before washing the area with water.

4, Aloe Vera gel

Apply fresh aloe vera gel on the affected skin areas before going to bed.In the morning, wash the skin thoroughly.

5,Yogurt


Take a cup of plain yogurt and add the juice of one cucumber and one tomato add half a cup of gram flour (besan). Apply it on your face and neck.Leave it on for 30-45 mins and then rinse off with lukewarm water.
