1, Mango leave
Boil 15 fresh Mango leaves in 1 glass of water. Leave overnight. Filter this water and drink first thing in the morning.
2, Neem leave
Firstly, crush the fresh neem leaves properly.Next, strain them to extract the juice.Then, consume this neem juice (about 1 tablespoon) in the morning with your empty stomach.You may continue consuming the neem juice in every morning.
3, Basil leave ( tulsi)
Take 2 tablespoons of juice extracted from basil leaves and drink on an empty stomach in the morning
4, Indian Gooseberry ( amla)
Cut 2-3 indian gooseberry (Amla) into half . Remove the seeds . Grind the amla into a paste . Transfer the paste into a cheesecloth. Squeeze out the juice . Mix 2 table spoon of juice in one cup of water. And drink it daily
5,Bitter Gourd
Remove the seeds of 2-3 bitter gourd . Use a juicer to extract the juice & add some water. Drink it daily in the morning at least 2 months
