Turmeric Tea For Thyroid Weight Loss


Ingredients​
1)Turmeric
2)Black Paper Powder
3)Hot Boil Water
4) Coconut Oil

Method..->  Add half table spoon of turmeric powder, black paper powder, hot boiled water and one tea spoon coconut oil in a cup and have this tea in the morning or at bedtime, if having meds , have it after 30-40 mins, have this this tea for a week and then if you notice​ change in your body , continue for another week then take a break for two days and continue again
