1, Cinnamon
Try to include one teaspoon of ground cinnamon in your diet daily. Cinnamon is great to add to smoothies and oatmeal, and in baking as well. It is also easy to add to pancakes.

2,Ginger Tea
The ingredients you need to make ginger tea is 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger, 2 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of raw honey or pure maple syrup, and the juice from 1/2 of a lemon.Put the water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add the ginger, and turn off the heat. Place the lid on the pot and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Next, strain the tea into a mug, and then add the lemon juice and sweetener, and mix. At night before bedtime is a great time to drink this tea.

3,Coconut Oil
Although coconut oil is a fat itself, it can still help you lose belly fat. It contains unique fatty acids that have a positive effect on your metabolism.

Do not add coconut oil to the oils that you already use. You should replace your cooking oils with coconut oil.Just have 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil a day for best results, more than that can hinder the results.

4,Chia Seeds
Try consuming at least 1 tablespoon of chia seeds a day. You can easily add them to your smoothies, cereal, or oatmeal, but you can also make chia seed pudding with some water or non dairy milk for a filling and healthy snack.

5, Dandelion tea
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of dried dandelion leaves. Let simmer for 10 minutes, then strain out the leaves. Squeeze 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into the tea and add some honey for a sweetener.

If you have blocked bile ducts or any gall bladder related issues, avoid having dandelion tea, because it can cause more harm in those cases.

6,Peppers
You can eat hot peppers raw, cooked, or dried. Habanero peppers have the most amount of capsaicin, but cayenne pepper is great too. You can add these peppers to your soups, stir fries, and other dinner dishes.

2,Take a mixture of ½ spoon oatmeal and 1 ripe banana, mash it and form a thick consistent paste. Now, apply it evenly throughout your face and neck where you would want to remove the facial hair effortlessly. Wash your face with lukewarm water and always rub against the direction of hair growth to get rid of it. Oatmeals are a great source of rich antioxidants and help in reducing redness, itching and helps in giving you a soft, supple and hydrated smooth skin. Oatmeal also has humectant properties which helps in retaining moisture. It works well for all skin types, however do not use it excessively.

3,Drop the white of 1 egg into a bowl, and mix in a tablespoon of regular table sugar and half a tablespoon of cornstarch. Beat the mixture until the paste is nice and smooth.Apply the paste to your face, and let it sit for a few minutes until dry. The paste will harden into a thick mask, which you can literally grab and RIP off.Just be careful not to hurt your skin as you pull. A quick rip will pluck the hairs without damaging your skin.

4,Use a spoon to scoop out a few chunks of raw papaya flesh.Add in half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, and use a fork to mash and mix the ingredients together. You should end up with a thick paste.Using your fingers, apply the paste to the parts of your face with unwanted hair.Massage your skin gently to ensure that the paste is absorbed into your hair and skin.Let it sit for 15 minutes before washing off with warm water.Repeat the process once every two weeks or so, and you’ll notice your facial hair disappearing on its own!

5,Mix two teaspoons of granulated sugar (brown or white) and one teaspoon each of honey and water.Heat the mixture in a microwave or on a stove for about half a minute until it bubbles and turns brown. Allow it to cool.Using a spatula, apply it on the areas where you want to remove the hair.Place a cloth strip over the sugar wax and smooth it out with your fingers in the direction of the hair growth.Finally, rip it off in the opposite direction of hair growth.Repeat as needed.

1,POTATO
Grate a couple of chilled potatoes to extract the juice. Soak a cotton ball in the juice and place it on your closedeyes. Make sure the juice covers thedark circles entirely. Allow the juice to sit for about 15 minutes and rinse your eyelids well with cool water.
2, ALMOND OIL
 Apply some almond oil over your dark circles and massage it gently into the skin.Leave the oil on overnight.Wash it off with cold water next morning.Repeat this every day until your dark circles are gone.
3,CUCUMBER
Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill it for about 30 minutes.Place the slices on the dark circles for about 10 minutes.Wash the area thoroughly with water.Repeat this process twice a day for one week to see results.
4,TOMATO JUICE
Mix one teaspoon of tomato juice with one and a half teaspoon of lemon juice.Gently apply this mixture on your dark circles and allow it to sit for 10 minutes.Rinse it off well with cool water.Follow this remedy twice a day for 2 - 3 weeks to see results.
5,TEA BAGS
Soak a tea bag preferably a chamomile or green tea bags in water. Chill it by placing it in the refrigerator for a while. Now, place them over your eyes. Use this remedy on a regular basis to see considerable difference.

Home Remedies To Get Rid Of Open Pores On Skin Permanently

1, Wrap a few ice cubes in a clean washcloth and hold it on your skin for 15 to 30 seconds. Do this a few times daily. You can reduce the frequency of use when you see improvement.

2,Mix two tablespoons each of baking soda and lukewarm water.Apply the mixture on your skin and massage in circular motion for a few seconds.Finally, rinse it off with cool water.Repeat the process daily for five to seven days.

3,Apply some aloe vera gel on the pores and massage for a few minutes. Preferably, use fresh aloe vera gel for this.. Let the aloe gel sit on your skin for 10 minutes. Then, rinse with cool water.

4,Take the egg white and mix it with the oatmeal and lemon juice. Make an even paste.Apply the paste on your face and keep it on for 30 minutes.Rinse it off with cold water.

5,Blend the cucumber slices and add the lemon juice to it. Mix well. Apply this mask on your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse with cool water.

Bananas are one fruit that people with high blood pressure can eat regularly to control it. Bananas are a rich source of potassium, which lessens the effect of sodium.


3, Lemon
Simply drink a cup of warm water with the juice from half a lemon added to it each morning on an empty stomach. For best results, do not add salt or sugar.

4, Onion


Try to eat one medium-sized, raw onion daily.


5,  Garlic
 Peel and crush the garlic cloves to form a paste. Add a tablespoon of this paste to a glass of warm milk and mix nicely.Drink this concoction once in the morning and night to get rid of high blood pressure quickly.

4, Honey and Cinnamon



Mix the honey and the cinnamon together until you have enough paste to cover the affected area. Apply in a thin layer over the blackheads and then press a strip of clean cotton over it. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes before removing and rinsing your face. Don’t forget to follow up with a moisturizer!

2, Green Tea

Green tea has antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds that can help fight acne. To get its effects, use a cooled cup of green tea as a face wash or lay the bag over the affected area.


3, Lemon



Lemons act as an exfoliant, skin lightener, and disinfectant to reduce the appearance of scars and prevent new pimples from forming. On a clean face, dab acne with a cotton ball or cotton swab dipped in lemon juice, then rinse with cool water.
