Home Remedies for Back Pain ( Health tips )


Backaches are a common health problem among middle-aged and elderly people, but at times young people also suffer from it.Some of the symptoms of a backache are pain in the back or around the hips, reduced flexibility of the spine and difficulty sleeping.

Home Remedies for Back Pain

1,  Garlic Oil massage
To make garlic oil, heat some coconut oil, mustard oil or sesame oil on low heat and then add 8 to 10 cloves of garlic to it. Fry the garlic until it is brown. Strain the oil and let it cool to room temperature.Massage your back gently with the oil. Leave it on for some time and then take a bath in warm water.

2, Milk
Milk is a good source of calcium. It strengthens the bones and minimizes the risk of osteoporosis and lower back pain. Add a tablespoon of honey in warm milk

3, Potato
Grate a few raw potatoes and wrap them in a thin cloth. Use it as a poultice on your back.Keep it for at least one hour.


4,  Cabbage


Put cabbage leaves in boiling milk. Boil until jelly-like paste is formed. Drape in a clean cloth and apply on the affected part.

5,  Massage


Massage is one of the best natural home remedies for back pain.
6, Yoga

Yoga can offer a great relief for the pain, as well as provide great preventative care for the future. Here are five yoga poses to ease lower back pain and relieve that dull ache.
