1,  Garlic Oil massage
To make garlic oil, heat some coconut oil, mustard oil or sesame oil on low heat and then add 8 to 10 cloves of garlic to it. Fry the garlic until it is brown. Strain the oil and let it cool to room temperature.Massage your back gently with the oil. Leave it on for some time and then take a bath in warm water.

2, Milk
Milk is a good source of calcium. It strengthens the bones and minimizes the risk of osteoporosis and lower back pain. Add a tablespoon of honey in warm milk

3, Potato
Grate a few raw potatoes and wrap them in a thin cloth. Use it as a poultice on your back.Keep it for at least one hour.


4,  Cabbage


Put cabbage leaves in boiling milk. Boil until jelly-like paste is formed. Drape in a clean cloth and apply on the affected part.

Home Remedies for Managing High Blood Pressure ( Health tips )



Blood pressure is the pressure of blood against the blood vessel walls as the heart pumps. When someone has high blood pressure (hypertension) , the heart and arteries have a much heavier workload. The heart has to pump harder and the arteries are under greater strain as they carry blood. 1 Water melon seeds



Grind equal quantities of dried watermelon seeds and poppy seeds (khus khus). Take one teaspoon of this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach and again in the evening.

2, Banana

Bananas are one fruit that people with high blood pressure can eat regularly to control it. Bananas are a rich source of potassium, which lessens the effect of sodium.


3, Lemon
Simply drink a cup of warm water with the juice from half a lemon added to it each morning on an empty stomach. For best results, do not add salt or sugar.

4, Onion


Try to eat one medium-sized, raw onion daily.


5,  Garlic
 Peel and crush the garlic cloves to form a paste. Add a tablespoon of this paste to a glass of warm milk and mix nicely.Drink this concoction once in the morning and night to get rid of high blood pressure quickly.

Note: Garlic reduces the clotting ability of blood. So check with a doctor before opting for the remedy.

6,Curry Leaves


Grind the curry leaves along with 1-2 tsp of water to form a paste.Swallow a tablespoon of this paste at least twice every day to reduce high blood pressure.

7,  Potato
Boil the potatoes in water for about 30 minutes until they become soft. Peel the potatoes and mash them to form a paste.Eat 2-3 tablespoons of the potato paste every morning and night for a couple of weeks to notice desirable results.

1, Lemon
    Cut a nice juicy lemon in half and then squeeze out the juice from one half. Add a pinch of salt and apply the solution on the affected areas.Let it sit for 20 minutes and then rinse it off using lukewarm water.

2, Tea Tree oil



 You can apply tea tree oil directly to the affected areas to help blackheads on your chin and nose. It works in part by killing bacteria. Tea tree oil is available in a number of products, like soaps and creams

3, Oatmeal



Take a cup of rolled oats (cooked or uncooked) and add some water to it to make a thick paste.Apply this oatmeal paste all over your face.Gently massage your face with your finger tips for 5 minutes.Dip a clean cloth in lukewarm water, wring out the excess water and lay it over your face.Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash off with water.Follow this procedure 3 to 4 times a week.

4, Honey and Cinnamon



Mix the honey and the cinnamon together until you have enough paste to cover the affected area. Apply in a thin layer over the blackheads and then press a strip of clean cotton over it. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes before removing and rinsing your face. Don’t forget to follow up with a moisturizer!

5, Baking soda


Mix two teaspoons of baking soda with mineral water to make a paste. Apply the paste generously on the affected skin area and massage gently. Allow it to dry for a few minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.Repeat this remedy once or twice a week

6, Green Tea


Mix one teaspoon of dry green tea leaves with a little water to make a paste. Gently scrub the paste over the affected area for two to three minutes. This scrub deep cleans oily skin and helps unclog pores.Rinse it off with lukewarm water.

 Leave on for at least 10 minutes, or overnight. Reapply several times a day, washing face thoroughly after each time. Make sure to use a moisturizer afterwards as well if you feel like your skin is getting dry.

2, Green Tea

Bread Gulab Jamun ( balls)


Ingredients for Bread Gulab Jamun Recipes
1. White bread slices - 6
2. Sugar - 1cup
3. Thickened full cream milk - 1/2 cup.
4. Ghee - 1 tsp.
5. Almonds - 7 to 8.
6. Cashews - 7 to 8.
7. Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp.
8. Ghee - for frying.

For Syrup

1,Add one cup water and one cup suger in wide pan . Then simmer for 4 mins till the syrup sticky
2, Add cardamon poweder and also add lemon juice otherwise syrup gets crystallize after few mins
3,Cover it and keep aside


For Bread gulab jamun (balls)

1,First of all cut the sides of the bread.





2,. Add cut bread and 3-4 tea spoon full cream milk into mixer  blend till smooth and make a soft dough..




3, Now greasing your hands with ghee and make  small balls of dough . make sure there are no crakes on balls



4,Heat the ghee or oil on low flame to medium . When ghee or oil is hot fry the balls
 till it turn into golden brown

5 ,Now add golden brown bread balls into suger syrup .boil the suger syrip for a minute .cover the lid and rest for 1 hour . Garnish with  nuts .finally gulam jamuns are ready

750 gm sarson saag
250 gm palak saag
Salt to taste
2 cups water
1 1/2 cup wheat flour
4 green chilly
25 gm ginger
2 onions
6 cloves of garlic
100 gm ghee
1/2 tsp red pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masal
firstly chop sarso and palak  leaves . take a pressure cooker  and add chopped sarso and palak​ leave  into cooker add some salt and chilli to taste and cook over low heat for 1-2 hours . after that  squeeze​ saag & keep saag water aside . add cooked saag and wheat flour, blend till smooth .Put back saag water and a little fresh water & boil over slow fire.

For Tadka

Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, red pepper powder; garam masala, dhania & saute until onions are light brown.Mix into saag
